She has led CMMI appraisal / PCMM process improvement journey for IBM, Energy Australia, Amex, DBS, Maybank, ING-Bank, K-Bank, Bank Of Montréal, BNP Paribas, Malaysian Airlines System (MAS), Intellect, PositiveEdge, MMAD Apps, RAMINFO, Prescient Technologies etc. across India, Singapore, USA, Latin America(LA), UK, Dublin, Canada, Japan, China, Romania, Egypt, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia etc.
She has specialized experience in SW process and performance improvement, quantitative measurement as a part of Organization’s Business Transformation, Service excellence & various CMMI initiatives in global organizations like IBM etc. Along with her roll as CMMI process coach & high maturity Lead appraiser and ISO 9001 lead auditor in MNCs/ corporate organization’s .She is also well known for driving operational excellence, client relationship typically from delivery excellence point of view and also leading in delivery operations by reengineering the process, implementing & improving the control measures, performance and productivity. She has outstanding strengths in fostering sustained client relationships improving and aligning client’s Key Performance Improvement (KPI) performance, bringing consistencies and improving integrations, across various delivery centers for software services businesses from the inception stage till delivery to clients leveraging TSP & PSP methodology which helps organizations establish a mature and disciplined operational practices .
